So after my last post, I was thinking about what had happened between then and the post before that. Turns out, a lot had happened. Not the least of which is my tan lines. Hubby took me to Cuba for my birthday and we spent lots of time Soduko-ing on the beach and playing in the ocean. It was awesome. He had a beautiful flower arrangement sent to our room with a gigantic bottle of rum. He's kinda got me addicted to travelling and it had been 8 months since we went to Italy, so I was due for a vacation.
Also **scary** my niece got bitten by a big dog!! I was so scared when I heard that Big D hurt Emmy. I prayed my heart out & I went to see her. Really, not nearly as bad as it could've been. I was verry upset with her caretaker (who I'm not a big fan of anyway). But - thank you God. She has 3 slashes - 2 of them needed 3 stitches each, the other left to heal on its own. One close to her eye, but not on her eye. Now, we just take good care of the wounds so she doesn't scar (too badly). Poor girl, but so glad -- she's healing nicely and she'll be just fine.
